Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day functions of airport programs, ensuring smooth operations and effective sales support
Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives and collaboration with sales and operations teams
Manage relationships with key airport stakeholders and facilitate sales opportunities
Implement enterprise-wide changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Monitor and manage inventory of advertising signage and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience
5+ years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, or project management with a proven track record
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in delivering presentations
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the media and advertising industry, particularly related to Out of Home (OOH) advertising
Demonstrated success in driving cultural change and empowering sales teams
Familiarity with airport operations and regulatory compliance
Ability to travel up to 30-40% of the time for corporate meetings and industry events
