Responsibilities
Establish and execute business plans with revenue performance targets and review processes
Develop partner training and marketing programs to enhance market penetration
Drive incremental revenue growth for existing and new products
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with senior management and ensure operational efficiencies
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor and channel partner teams
Qualifications
Proven experience selling through Tier 1 Distributors and partners in the telecommunications sector
Strong background with telecommunication products and indirect channel sales models
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and marketing
Demonstrated record of developing and executing successful revenue-generating programs
Willingness to travel regularly, up to 70% domestically
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Detailed understanding of the data and telecommunications industry, including competitors and evolving technologies
