Run the communications program with a focus on preparedness, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement Ensure documentation and voice align with brand standards and industry best practices Gather topics and ideas for regular and special communications from team members and leadership Support account team initiatives and programs as a collaborator and advisor Create and maintain the communications library What is Required (Qualifications)
B.A./B.S. degree in a related field (marketing, communications, etc.) or 5 years of experience in a similar role Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Strong interpersonal skills to interact with executive-level clients, both in-person and remotely Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in dynamic teams Strong organizational skills and ability to work remotely without direct supervision How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with developing materials using Camtasia or similar tools Comfortable working in a remote environment and leveraging online collaboration tools
