Responsibilities
Monitor and collect overdue payments from assigned customer accounts Review aging reports and follow up with customers to resolve overdue balances Collaborate with the Sales and Credit teams to manage credit hold orders Keep customer accounts up to date, focusing on items over 90 days old Investigate and analyze customer deductions, ensuring proper documentation and approval
Qualifications
High School Diploma required; BS/BA degree preferred 1 to 3 years of professional experience in the credit or customer service field, preferably in a wholesale environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word) Understanding of accounting principles, particularly in Accounts Receivable Must be willing to work periodic overtime as needed by business conditions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a positive and professional attitude Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse partners Independent, proactive worker with a keen eye for detail
