Part Time OR Full Time Responsibilities
Manage payroll for a variety of clients with accuracy and timeliness, supported by a knowledgeable team. Work across multiple payroll platforms and manage employee timekeeping records with precision. Utilize advanced Excel skills for data reconciliation, reporting, and processing. Serve as a trusted resource for the client workforce, handling sensitive information with professionalism. Ensure payroll processes are consistent and compliant with internal standards. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a payroll position or equivalent. Experience providing payroll solutions for multiple companies is preferred. Ability to prioritize workload and communicate effectively (verbal and written). Experience with payroll software such as Paychex, Paylocity, Gusto, Rippling; familiarity with Slack, Asana, Google Suite, MS Office, and Ease (Mineral) is helpful. Comfortable with California wage and hour compliance and ownership of client deliverables. Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering accurate and timely payrolls. About the Company
