Salary: $90k - $110k

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Senior to join our remote team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in conducting and overseeing audit assignments, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, including not-for-profit organizations and employee benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audits for private companies and organizations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulations.
• Lead audit engagements, managing a team of associates and providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients, and assist in implementing necessary changes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact audit practices and client compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• CPA eligible with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proven experience in conducting private audits, with a track record of successful engagements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Nice to have: Experience with not-for-profit (NFP) audits and employee benefit plan audits.
