Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the Proofpoint Email Security Product Marketing team. You will drive Go-to-Market strategy for the Proofpoint Threat Protection solution, be the expert on buyers, competitors, and lay the foundation for market success, and partner with product management, marketing, and sales to build and execute Go-to-Market plans and assets. The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter, a diplomatic collaborator, a strategic thinker who is comfortable taking initiative and exercising sound judgment. Your Day-to-Day

Positioning and Messaging: Be the expert on buyers, their buying criteria, and competitive trends. Craft messaging that emphasizes differentiators and business value for the target audience. Content Creation: Create messaging and content (webinars, blogs, solution briefs, datasheets, presentations) that highlight differentiated business value. Presentation: Lead internal and external presentations, including sales training, customer briefings, webinars, and events. Be the primary thought leader for the supported solutions. Domain Expert: Research market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to translate into actionable insights for sales, marketing, product management, and more. Launch Execution: Lead cross-functional teams in planning and launching new capabilities and releases to drive demand. Sales Enablement: Create and deliver enablement content and tools for sellers to identify opportunities and convey our value. Dynamic Collaboration: Build strong relationships with product management, corporate marketing, competitive intelligence, and sales to align on release benefits. Customer Advocacy: Leverage customer success stories to strengthen messaging and marketing impact. What You Bring To The Team

8+ years of experience in product marketing. Email security, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT experience preferred. BS/BA in business or technical field; MBA a plus. Experience marketing to enterprise and technical buyers; ability to converse across audiences with concise messaging. Strong ability to craft engaging content and materials with tone and style aligned to guidelines. Market knowledge to create actionable Go-to-Market plans. Analytical mindset; able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills to lead and inspire a diverse team. Ability to articulate unique value at product and solution levels; strong storytelling and presentation skills; comfortable speaking to audiences both virtually and in person. High energy and enthusiasm; willing to travel 10-15% including international locations. This role can be in a Proofpoint office, hybrid, or remote. Why Proofpoint
