Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans for the dental manufacturing sector to achieve company goals and objectives. 2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the dental industry, including but not limited to dental clinics, and dental supply stores. 3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals. 4. Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends, opportunities, and threats in the dental industry. 5. Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to align business development strategies and initiatives. 6. Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue. 7. Provide insightful feedback from clients and prospects to the internal teams, including product development and marketing. 8. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our products and services. 9. Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior management. 10. Conduct 12-15 daily field visits, providing explanations of our treatment options and referral process. 11. Cold Calling: Actively pursue new business through cold calling to dentists, effectively introducing our services and building relationships.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development in the dental manufacturing industry. 3. Proven track record of identifying and converting new business opportunities. 4. Excellent understanding of the dental industry, including market trends, competition, and customer needs. 5. Outstanding negotiation and deal-closing abilities. 6. Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. 7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. 8. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 9. Ability to travel as needed. 10. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
