The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the largest customer grouping, with a focus on delivering the Annual Operating Plan, driving sustained share growth, and ensuring consistent performance. This senior commercial leader will be accountable for a significant business scale, directly managing a team of 5 Directors and indirectly leading 13 team members. The role requires a proven track record in commercial growth, P&L management, and senior-level customer influence, with a deep understanding of customer marketing, category development, e-commerce, shopper marketing, and insights. The VP will also be tasked with fostering a culture of ownership, speed, agility, and imagination, and will serve as the executive voice of the company in the Grocery, Mass, and Club channel. Candidates for this role at the company should have at least 15 years' experience in the beverage alcohol industry, with a strong background in direct customer management. The role demands a leader with the ability to build and sustain top-to-top relationships, drive market share growth, and ensure executional excellence from strategic planning to in-store execution. The ideal candidate will have a recognized ability to build and lead high-performing teams, strong commercial and financial acumen, and the executive presence to inspire confidence and align stakeholders. The VP will be expected to lead the customer business planning process, advance the company's role as a leading category advisor, and bring breakthrough insights and innovative programs to shape category growth and customer success.
