Position Summary

The HR Generalist plays a critical role in supporting SISU Healthcare Solutions’ people operations. This position is responsible for executing core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and empathetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer letters. Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
• Onboarding & Training: Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Maintain training schedules and support ongoing employee development initiatives.
• Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, paid time off, and wellness initiatives. Serve as the primary contact for benefits-related inquiries.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and support a positive workplace culture. Assist in investigations and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with SISU’s standards.
• Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Performance & Engagement: Support performance review processes and employee engagement initiatives. Collaborate with leadership to improve retention and morale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a generalist capacity.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
