EBAS Group is partnering with a YC-backed infra startup that is in hyper growth phase. The founding team has already grown ARR to $5M in a very short period and powers 600+ startups. Backed by tier-one investors like Google Ventures, the company has a strong product, clear demand, and seasoned engineers from elite scale ups. We are looking for two Account Executives to join the growing team. One will be an up and comer AE coming from mid-market sales and the other will have more experience in enterprise sales. Founding Seat and Growth Path. Build the motion now with a clear path to Head of Sales. Real PMF and Velocity. Short 3–4 week cycles, $100K+ deals, quota set at 4x OTE. Comp Upside. Up to $360K OTE plus equity. Visa transfers and TN supported. What You’ll Be Working On: Owning a 50 percent outbound motion to build and close pipeline. Running full-cycle deals from discovery to close with clean forecasting. Targeting 50–250 engineer accounts, selling to developers and eng leaders. Driving crisp demos, clear value cases, and competitive positioning. Iterating the playbook, tools, and sequences to increase win rates. Partnering with founders on pricing, packaging, and field feedback. Maintaining rigorous CRM hygiene and predictable coverage. The Right Fit: 3–6 years closing mid-market or enterprise deals in dev tools or infra. Comfortable self-sourcing at least half your pipeline. Fluent in developer language, with CI/CD understanding. Strong written and verbal communication. Clear, concise, and credible. Curious, experimental, and tenacious with follow ups. Thrives in an in-person startup with ambiguity and pace. Based in San Francisco and available in office five days a week. This is a chance to build from the front while the market is hot.
