As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will bridge complex business problems and innovative technical solutions. You will understand business requirements and translate them into effective architectures, guiding technical decisions to align with business outcomes and enable client innovation and competitiveness. Your Responsibilities
Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes. Establish procedures that affect your immediate work area and possibly the broader business function. Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Skills and Attributes for Success
Excellent oral and written communication; comfortable leading conversations with audiences at all levels. Ability to lead discovery meetings to identify system requirements and understand business processes with the client. Experience in Salesforce CRM with end-to-end implementations; Salesforce Revenue Cloud experience is required. Salesforce integration experience and familiarity with middleware tools. Deep expertise in Salesforce components (APEX, VisualForce, APIs, AppExchange, etc.) and experience configuring Salesforce workflows and approvals. Ability to design and solution the Salesforce platform and identify gaps between current and future states. Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities; ability to work with developers on specifications for custom code or data migration. Project timeline and economics management to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery; risk identification and mitigation planning; change management support. Cloud computing architecture, cybersecurity and privacy architecture, complex problem-solving, relationship building, and effective communication. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (4-year). Typically 4–6 years of relevant Salesforce.com implementation experience with teams of 5 or more; hands-on configuration and customizations. Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud. Strong oral and written communication skills; comfortable leading conversations with diverse audiences. Relational database concepts; self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Salesforce.com certifications. Willingness to travel based on client needs. Preferred/Ideal
Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics; Master’s degree preferred. Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred. What We Look For
