Salesforce.com Solution Architects drive enterprise Salesforce implementations across all project phases from discovery to deploy. As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you’ll bridge complex business problems and innovative technical solutions, guiding decisions to align with business outcomes. Your Key Responsibilities
Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes. Establish procedures that affect your immediate work area and possibly the broader business function. Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Manage and deliver technology solutions with focus on quality and risk management. Engage in continuous process improvement and identify innovative solutions. Skills and Attributes For Success
Excellent oral and written communication skills; comfortable leading conversations with audiences of all levels. Ability to lead discovery meetings to identify system requirements and understand business processes with the client. Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM and multiple end-to-end implementations; Salesforce integration experience and middleware tools. Deep experience with Salesforce components (APEX, Visualforce, APIs, AppExchange, and related tools). Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce, including workflows, approvals, and related automation. Ability to lead solutioning and design of the Salesforce platform and identify gaps between current and future state. Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities; ability to work with developers on specifications for custom code or data migration. Ability to create and manage project timelines and economics to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation and change management plans. Application and Tool Analysis; Cloud Computing Architecture; Cybersecurity and Privacy Architecture; Complex Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking; Building and Managing Relationships; Communicating With Impact. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (4-year). Typically 4–6 years of relevant Salesforce.com implementation experience with teams of 5+ people, including hands-on configuration and customizations. Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud. Strong oral and written communication skills; comfortable leading conversations with audiences of all levels. Familiarity with relational database concepts. Self-starter and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent communication, leadership, and client development skills. Salesforce.com certification(s). Willingness to travel based on client needs. Preferred / Ideally
Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics; Master’s degree preferred. Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred. What We Look For
