This role focuses on delivering Salesforce.com solutions for Revenue Cloud and related technology consulting engagements. What you’ll do
Drive enterprise Salesforce.com implementations, covering discovery, definition, build, test and deployment. Serve as the main client contact to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery after a project is won by the sales team. Bridge business problems and innovative technical solutions by defining solution architectures aligned with business outcomes. Lead technology solution delivery with focus on quality, risk management, and continuous process improvement. Identify innovative solutions and provide recommendations to propel the business forward. Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes. Establish procedures affecting your work area or broader business function. Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Skills and Attributes for Success
Excellent oral and written communication; comfortable leading conversations with diverse stakeholders. Ability to lead discovery meetings to identify system requirements and understand client business processes. Experience in Salesforce CRM with hands-on configuration, customization, and multiple end-to-end implementations. Salesforce integration experience and familiarity with middleware tools. Deep Salesforce knowledge (APEX, APIs, Visualforce, AppExchange, security controls). Experience configuring Salesforce workflows, approvals, and related automation. Ability to design Salesforce platform solutions and identify gaps between current and future states. Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities; ability to define specs for custom code or data migration. Ability to manage project timelines and economics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; identify and mitigate risks; support change management. Cloud computing architecture, cybersecurity and privacy architecture, complex problem-solving, and relationship building. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (4-year). Typically 4-6+ years of relevant Salesforce.com implementation experience with teams of 5+ people; hands-on configuration and customization. Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud. Strong oral and written communication; comfortable leading conversations with audiences at all levels. Relational database concepts familiarity. Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Salesforce.com certifications. Willingness to travel as required by client needs. Ideally
Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics; Master’s preferred. Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred. What We Look For
