Job Overview A law firm seeks a Tax, Trusts, and Estates Associate in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling sophisticated domestic trusts and estates planning, with additional exposure to international estate planning being advantageous. Duties Manage complex domestic trusts and estates planning matters. Collaborate with clients on international estate planning strategies. Provide legal advice and draft relevant documentation. Work closely with partners and other associates on client matters. Requirements 3+ years of experience in domestic trusts and estates planning. Exposure to international estate planning is preferred. Strong academic credentials. Major law firm experience is preferred. Education LLM in Taxation. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Retirement savings plan.
