You challenge the status quo to produce world-class campaigns for high-profile brands and clearly articulate the outcomes of tactics and strategy to the client as a day-to-day lead. You thrive in a multi-functional role and enjoy training and coaching team members to ensure flawless tactical execution. Key Responsibilities
Management & Client Engagement:
Oversee day-to-day performance media team, bringing programmatic expertise to customer marketing plans across General Mills NAR. Work closely with Commerce team leads as the expert on all things programmatic as it relates to commerce media. Bridge programmatic strategy across to the retail search team (currently managed externally). Bridge performance team from national plans to customer marketing plans where RMNs play a dual role. Bring best-in-class programmatic strategy in the context of retail media campaigns and KPIs. Provide cross-brand oversight of all eCommerce campaigns for specific customers, including planning, activation, and reporting coordination. Collaborate with RMN partners to discover new opportunities to achieve business goals. Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and partner agencies with emphasis on storytelling and driving action. Campaign Planning:
Understand client goals and maximize success through tactical strategies and technologies. Assist in creating and delivering effective media plan details for integrated paid eCommerce across customer and national plans, in the context of wider media efforts. Partner with team leads in forecasting for media planning to build and maintain best possible recommendations for performance. Activation:
Oversee eCommerce campaigns for clients, focusing on driving performance KPIs and budget management. Brainstorm/ research activation ideas, including new betas and opportunities with partners. Oversee development, execution, and testing across campaign variables to create client-specific insights and inform future testing. Work with RMNs to maintain and optimize client campaigns to improve performance against pre-determined benchmarks. Analyze and report data on varying cadences (daily/weekly/bi-weekly/monthly/ad-hoc). Develop, document, and implement eCommerce media best practices within client accounts. Stay abreast of industry trends and develop POVs to communicate updates to clients. Desired Skills & Requirements
Ideally 4-5 years of marketing experience Ideally 3+ years of eCommerce experience Experience in web analytics, ad tracking, and other biddable media Strong understanding of the eCommerce industry and platforms (e.g., Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect, Instacart, Pacvue, Kenshoo, Stackline, Profitero, etc.) Proven ability to translate high-level client goals into eCommerce strategy via online technologies Understanding of broader media planning and buying for integration with wider objectives Process-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks; time and project management skills are critical Ability to effectively communicate processes and tactics to clients, peers, and junior members Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong Excel skills and solid quantitative and qualitative analysis abilities We See You — Employment Transparency and Benefits

This role is subject to an annual discretionary incentive award or relevant incentive award as part of total compensation.
