Overview Responsibilities Consult and optimize verticalized portfolio, analyze network data to provide recommendations, identify new opportunities for publishers, and recruitment/activation opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring clear communication about goals, performance, and deliverables Establish processes with partnerships to scale media buying operations, recruitment and media execution, overseeing multiple team members to activate advertiser media campaigns and recruitment/activation initiatives Negotiate rates and placements with media vendors, publishers, and affiliate networks to secure cost-effective inventory Identify and develop emerging partnerships, scaling education and adoption of partnership offerings across the network Ensure smooth and timely execution of media buying operations, including accurate management of media queues and accountability for increasing advertiser budgets against performance and brand objectives Develop and inform network processes to scale media enablement for emerging channel opportunities including CLO, CTV, Retail Media and more Qualifications +5 years negotiating bulk media buys, developing strategic partnerships, and performance-based agreements (such as iCPA, CPC, CPM) Strong relationship-building skills with an established network of publishers, affiliate partners, and media vendors Ability to identify, pitch, and close new opportunities with affiliates or partners to drive incremental revenue Skilled at presenting compelling cases and value propositions to internal and external collaborators Demonstrated success in managing budgets, optimizing campaigns against performance objectives, and achieving revenue growth Additional Information CJ is a leader in Performance Marketing.
