This role is for a Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth by selling HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Management Services and Products to new commercial prospects.
Job Overview
The primary purpose of this role is to exceed Baseline Sales Targets while maintaining a customer-focused service. The role involves executing the company’s designed sales process (SANDLER) and achieving sales goals. Responsibilities
Achieve Baseline Sales Targets and other objectives. Meet or exceed minimum sales activity requirements. Use Homex Services Group Sales Process, SANDLER, with presentations targeted to prospect buying motives. Maintain proficiency in sales knowledge and translate that knowledge into meaningful prospect benefits. Manage time and territory effectively. Communicate necessary details of accounts sold to Operations and office staff. Organize sales activities to maximize the time spent with viable sales prospects and current customers. Incur only necessary expenses and keep accurate expense reports. Constantly work on self-improvement and learning. Requirements
Deliver Results: Ensure that Baseline Sales Targets, goals, and objectives are achieved and ensure customer satisfaction. Act Commercially: Have the ability to gather and make sense of large amounts of information and apply it to make business and customer-focused decisions. Manage Yourself: Manage emotions to remain calm, focused, and optimistic while dealing with a constant stream of demands. Work with Others: Build relationships with Technicians, Directors, Vice Presidents, President, and Marketing Colleagues to achieve the mission. Training Requirements
Homex Services Group NEW Sales Representative Training Program (13 Week Course) and pass Certification. Homex Services Group Sales Methodology Program- SANDLER. Successfully complete the assigned courses in Interplay. Attendance at all Monthly Sales/Technical Meetings and Quarterly/Annual Sales Meetings. Essential Job Functions
Read, write, and comprehend training materials printed in English. Enter and exit Roof structures, crawl spaces; climb over and on top of structures; ascend and descend stairs and ladders. Use the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for the situation. Tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp, and/or dusty locations.
