This is a key role responsible for keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly—from schedule management and customer service to materials prep and marketing. Coordinate and optimize team schedules using our business management software Customer Service:
Handle client communications via phone, email, and online platforms; resolve issues promptly and professionally Operations Support:
Manage office operations including materials prep, supply inventory, and support for cleaning teams Marketing & Social Media:
Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, Google, and occasional email campaigns Hiring & Onboarding Support:
Assist in recruitment and help onboard new staff Administrative Tasks:
Support basic bookkeeping, maintain internal records, and assist with payroll processing Requirements Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English. Conversational in Spanish Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel Prior experience in office management, customer service, or operations including prior experience processing payroll, invoicing, and scheduling. Familiarity with Service Autopilot or similar business management software (preferred) Familiarity with accounting and payroll software such as Quickbooks, Gusto, etc. (preferred) Experience in the cleaning industry (a plus) Self-starter with strong time management and problem-solving abilities Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Management and Manufacturing, Janitorial Services
