Amica Center for Immigrant Rights is seeking a Financial Coordinator to support the financial operations of the organization. The successful candidate will work directly with the Director of Finance and the Program Finance Manager to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Position Summary
The Financial Coordinator is a full-time position that will assist with the preparation and submission of monthly grant invoices, coordinate with program staff to clarify expenses, and support basic grant administrative reporting and documentation.
Responsibilities
Assist the Program Finance Manager with the preparation and submission of monthly grant invoices. Coordinate with program staff to clarify expenses and ensure accurate reporting. Support basic grant administrative reporting and documentation as needed. Record daily cash transactions in Sage Intacct with a high degree of accuracy. Monitor bank activity to ensure all income and expenses are captured in a timely manner. Serve as backup for input of weekly accounts payable. Maintain vendor records and ensure timely and accurate payment processing. Support employee reimbursements through Expense Wire. Assist with the bi-weekly payroll preparation by populating excel templates and uploading data into Sage Intacct. Requirements
2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and nonprofit finance. Familiarity with Sage Intacct and/or ExpenseWire is a plus. Experience supporting grant reporting or compliance is preferred. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively across departments.
