Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming environment and ensure an exceptional client experience in the branch. Greet clients on entry, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships. Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and guide them effectively, including checking them into the waiting queue for a smooth visit. Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices (e.g., cash vault and ATM). Resolve client issues promptly while adhering to bank policies and procedures. Introduce clients to the branch team and collaborate to deliver seamless service, addressing specialized financial needs as needed. Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients and encourage ongoing engagement. Support all aspects of branch operations with the Branch Manager, maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure secure operations. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements with attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively. Demonstrated leadership and operational proficiency, ensuring transaction accuracy in a collaborative environment. Ability to educate and engage the branch team and partners, keeping them informed. Excellent client relationship-building skills and the ability to refer clients to experts when needed. 1+ years of retail banking experience. High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent. Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience. College degree or military equivalent. Training and Travel Requirement

Complete the Branch Operations Lead Training Program prior to placement. Travel as required for in-person training and meetings. About Us
