Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant branch atmosphere, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience. Greet clients as they enter, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships. Engage clients with clear, respectful communication to understand and address their needs; help them navigate self-service options as appropriate. Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM; resolve client issues promptly while following bank policies and procedures. Introduce clients to the branch team and collaborate to deliver seamless service and assist with specialized financial needs. Simplify the banking experience by promoting self-service options and enabling access to accounts anytime, day or night. Support all aspects of branch operations with the Branch Manager, maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks. Proven leadership and operational proficiency, ensuring transaction accuracy and collaborative teamwork. Ability to educate and coach the branch team and partners, keeping them informed. Strong client engagement skills with the ability to educate customers and refer them to specialists when needed. 1+ year of retail banking experience. High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent. Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience. College degree or military equivalent. Training and Travel Requirement
Completion of the Branch Operations Lead Training Program before placement. Travel as required for in-person training and meetings. About Us
