2026 - Food Service Director - ROCKSTAR for SUMMER 2026 (Seasonal Relocation Job is not Local) at Wolfoods, Inc. This is a summer camp kitchen leadership role for the period May–September. The position is not local; you will be living on-site for the term of the contract. The lead staff will live on site at the job location and room, board, and travel expense assistance are provided. Responsibilities

Perform all duties toward the goal of providing excellent guest service in an efficient manner Develop effective schedules for the staff based on levels of business and budgetary guidelines Schedule and coordinate all side work for personnel Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Dining Hall according to established sanitation standards Maintain appearance and uniform standards Be on the floor during meal periods to observe, monitor, and follow up on all dining hall operations Work with the chef on duty to maintain high standards of food presentation and sanitation Train and develop all FOH dining personnel Provide ongoing feedback to service personnel regarding standards and performance Communicate daily with the Head Chef and Camp Directors about dining hall operations Interact with diners for general feedback Ensure the dining hall is open and prepared 15 minutes prior to service Implement a checklist system to facilitate the dining hall workflow Follow Wolfoods initiatives for environmental practices to minimize energy and resource waste Maintain knowledge of all menus and specifications Maintain dining hall standards and comply with safety practices to minimize risk Manage payroll and serve as primary liaison between camp and kitchen; attend relevant meetings and events Lead in planning, scheduling, directing, and training; manage staff Handle inventory control, ordering, and cost/quality control for service operations Ensure compliance with health department sanitation standards Mentor and supervise front-of-house staff; foster a positive work environment Interact professionally with campers, staff, parents, and directors Attend in-service training and staff meetings Understand food safety with respect to special diets and allergens Lead and oversee special events and menu planning; ensure production meets timing, quantity, quality, and plating standards Ensure production planning includes cross-utilization and efficient use of excess production Place accurate food orders and maintain appropriate par levels Train on safety regulations and proper sanitation May act as Front of House supervisor when necessary Qualifications & Experience

4+ years Commercial Kitchen Experience in a Lead Role Minimum three professional references required with application submission Proficient in relevant skills relating to the role Quality Driven; able to self-motivate High level computer literacy Recognize and uphold Health Department Standards Able to both lead a team and take direction Minimum 6-day work week, ~70 hours Must live on-site in a rural setting with possibly shared living spaces Must be able to stand for long periods; lift and carry up to 50 pounds; bend, stretch, and reach for extended periods ServSafe Manager Certification required ServSafe Allergens Certification required before start (Company Sponsored) Ability to work under temperature variations; cook from scratch Institutional and batch cooking experience is highly desirable Ideal Candidates Are
