2026 - Food Service Director - ROCKSTAR for SUMMER 2026 (Seasonal Relocation Job is not Local) at Wolfoods, Inc. This is a seasonal, on-site management role for summer camp kitchens open May through September. The position is non-local and requires living on-site for the term of the contract. All lead staff will live on site at the job location with room, board, and travel expense assistance provided. This is a hands-on and demanding leadership role responsible for delivering Wolfoods Camp Food Service Program with knowledge of food allergens and ability to create dishes for individuals with various dietary restrictions. The role requires planning, recipe execution, strict sanitation, and the ability to manage service timing, quantity, and quality across all meal periods and special requests. Responsibilities

Perform duties to provide excellent guest service efficiently Develop effective staff schedules within business and budget guidelines Coordinate side work for personnel and maintain dining hall cleanliness and sanitation Maintain appearance and uniform standards; be on the floor during meal periods Collaborate with the chef on duty to uphold food presentation and sanitation Train and develop all front-of-house dining personnel; provide ongoing feedback Communicate daily with Head Chef and Camp Directors on dining hall operations Interact with diners for feedback; ensure dining hall open 15 minutes prior to service Implement a checklist system to facilitate daily operations Follow Wolfoods environmental initiatives to minimize waste Maintain knowledge of menus and specifications; follow service standards and safety practices Lead and manage all aspects of food service operation; monitor budget; train staff on service standards Attend relevant meetings and events; manage payroll; handle special requests; address camp leadership concerns Communicate professionally with campers, staff, parents, and leadership; manage inventory and orders Plan, schedule, direct, and train; understand cross-utilization and leveraging excess production Ensure production timing, quantity, quality, and plating accuracy; handle events and special dietary needs Maintain health department sanitation standards Teach and enforce safety regulations; monitor and maintain kitchen equipment Act as Front of House supervisor when necessary Lead in project management and staff development Maintain ServSafe Manager certification and ServSafe Allergens certification before camp start (Company Sponsored) Cook from scratch; manage inventory and ordering; optimize kitchen operations Uphold Wolfoods standards of service and quality Qualifications & Experience

4+ years of commercial kitchen experience in a lead role Minimum three professional references required with application submission Proficient in relevant skills; quality-driven and self-motivated High level computer literacy; able to lead a team and take direction Minimum 6-day work week (70+ hours) and willingness to live on-site in a rural setting (shared living spaces possible) Ability to stand for long periods; lift and carry up to 50 pounds; bend and reach as needed ServSafe Manager Certification and ServSafe Allergens Certification (company sponsored before camp start) Ability to work under temperature fluctuations; able to cook from scratch Institutional and batch cooking experience preferred Ideal Candidates Are
