2026 - Food Service Director - ROCKSTAR for SUMMER 2026 (Seasonal Relocation Job is not Local) at Wolfoods, Inc. Wolfoods operates summer camp kitchens across the country between May - September. This is a hands-on and demanding leadership role for an experienced food service operations director who will live on-site for the term of the employment agreement. Lead staff live on site with room, board, and travel expense assistance provided. The position requires the ability to flawlessly execute the Wolfoods Camp Food Service Program, with knowledge of food allergens and the ability to create dishes for diverse dietary needs. Note: This role is not local; relocation and on-site living are required for the summer season. Responsibilities

Perform duties toward providing excellent guest service in an efficient manner. Develop effective staff schedules based on business levels and budget guidelines. Coordinate all side work for personnel and maintain cleanliness and organization in the Dining Hall according to sanitation standards. Maintain appearance and uniform standards and have a on-floor presence during meal periods to monitor operations. Collaborate with the chef on duty to maintain high standards of food presentation and sanitation; train and develop FOH dining personnel; provide ongoing feedback on standards and performance. Communicate daily with Head Chef and Camp Directors regarding all aspects of dining hall operation; interact with diners for feedback. Open dining hall 15 minutes prior to service and implement a checklist system to manage daily operations. Follow Wolfoods environmental initiatives to minimize waste and energy use. Maintain knowledge of all menus and specifications; ensure compliance with standards and safety practices to minimize risk. Lead the overall food service operation to deliver high diner satisfaction, manage budget, and train staff on service standards. Serve as primary liaison between camp and kitchen; attend meetings/events, manage payroll, handle special requests, and address concerns from camp leadership. Exercise initiative, leadership, hands-on self-reliance, and judgment in daily duties. Manage inventory, place orders, and forecast production needs; ensure production timing, quantity and quality meet standards; plan and execute events and special requests. Ensure kitchen and equipment meet health standards; enforce safety regulations; participate in staff training and in-service meetings. Interact professionally with campers, staff, parents, and other stakeholders. Possess strong communication with subordinates, co-workers, and supervisors; motivate and foster a positive work environment. Monitor and maintain safety and sanitation standards in alignment with health department guidelines. Qualifications & Experience

4+ years of commercial kitchen experience in a lead role. Minimum three professional references required with application submission. Proficient in relevant skills for the role; quality-driven and self-motivated. High level computer literacy; able to lead a team and take direction. Health department standards knowledge; ServSafe Manager Certification required; ServSafe Allergens Certification required before camp (company sponsored). Ability to work a 6-day week averaging 70 hours; on-site rural living with possible shared living spaces; ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks. Ability to cook from scratch; institutional and batch cooking experience is highly desired. Ideal Candidates
