A fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) is seeking a System Administrator to join its team and provide on-site and remote support for clients throughout the Northern VA / DC metro area. MSP industry experience is required. Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Additional compensation types
Annual Bonus What You’ll Do
Deliver on-site and remote support across desktops (Windows & Mac), servers, and networks Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange, M365, and Active Directory Provide firewall and switching support for client environments Support and manage virtual environments (Hyper-V and VMware) Assist with Microsoft Azure configurations and support Work with MSP tools such as ConnectWise and Kaseya Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to deliver excellent client experiences What We’re Looking For
2+ years of IT support experience in an MSP environment (required) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure Hands-on experience with firewalls, switching, Hyper-V, and VMware Familiarity with MSP tools like ConnectWise or Kaseya Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills Fully company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance and long/short-term disability insurance 401(k) with company match up to 4% Location
