Position Overview Morrison Healthcare, a division of Compass Group, is seeking a senior leader to oversee dining operations at a hospital in Monroe, NC. This role offers growth opportunities within the Charlotte region, with a salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 plus bonus potential, and relocation assistance available within 50+ miles.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale food service operations in a hospital setting.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, nutritious, and patient-centered meals.
Manage budgets, control costs, and improve operational efficiency.
Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with hospital leadership to enhance service delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
7-10 years of leadership experience in food service, preferably in healthcare.
Strong financial, operational, and team management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Nutrition, or related field; Master’s preferred.
