Under the general direction of the Chief, Office of Strategic Management (OSM), supervise a team of analysts within OSM. Lead and contribute to the Department's strategic management functions and administrative functions for the Division of Risk and Strategic Management. Participate in development, implementation, and reporting of the Caltrans Strategic Plan and the Department's employee and external partner surveys. Manage the administrative functions of the Division of Risk and Strategic Management. Minimum Qualifications
