Salesforce.com Solution Architects drive enterprise Salesforce.com implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. After our sales team wins a project, you’ll become the main contact person for the client to manage the project to ensure it is delivered on time and on budget. As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will bridge the gap between complex business problems and innovative technical solutions, guiding technical decisions to align with business outcomes and providing recommendations that propel the business forward. Responsibilities

Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes. Establish procedures that affect your immediate work area and possibly the broader business function. Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Skills and attributes for success

Excellent oral and written communication skills; comfortable leading conversations with audiences at all levels Ability to lead discovery meetings to identify system requirements and understand business processes with the client Experience in Salesforce CRM and multiple end-to-end implementations Salesforce integration experience with a variety of middleware tools Deep experience with Salesforce components and APIs; familiarity with AppExchange and Salesforce.com controls Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce: Workflow Alerts, Actions, and Approval Workflows Ability to lead solution design and identify gaps between current and future state Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities Collaborate with developers to define specifications for custom code or data migration Ability to create and manage project timelines and economics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and support change management Application and Tool Analysis; Cloud Computing Architecture; Cybersecurity and Privacy Architecture Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and communications skills Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (4-year) Typically 4–6 years of relevant Salesforce experience, leading teams of 5+ with hands-on configuration and customization Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Strong oral and written communication skills Familiarity with relational databases Self-starter; able to handle multiple tasks and priorities Salesforce.com certifications Willingness to travel based on client needs Preferred

Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics; Master’s degree preferred Certifications and prior consulting experience What we look for
