Community Manager
The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Personnel Management: manage all phases of operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management. Financial Management: achieve the highest possible net operating income through effective cost control and revenue & leasing improvement. Strategic Leasing Management: develop yearly marketing plan and utilize marketing strategies & systems. Administrative & Maintenance Management: ensure all administrative & leasing reporting is accurate, complete, and submitted on a timely basis. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry. Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred. Physical Requirements: Regularly required to communicate with others, repeat motions, assess accuracy, and work overtime, weekends, and night hours. Frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move about, and ascend/descend ladders and stairs. License/Equipment: Must have reliable transportation due to emergency on-call requirement. Salary Range: $28 per year to $32 per year. Compensation package includes benefits, 401K with employer matching, and commission and performance bonuses.
