Job Overview

The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Personnel Management: Manage all phases of personnel, including hiring, training, coaching, and developing on-site staff. Financial Management: Achieve the highest possible net operating income through effective cost control and revenue improvement. Strategic Leasing Management: Develop yearly marketing plans and utilize marketing strategies to obtain closure and ensure resident satisfaction. Administrative & Maintenance Management: Ensure all administrative and leasing reporting is accurate and complete, and manage excellent customer service. Education/Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years of experience in the housing industry. Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred. Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required. Physical Requirements

Must be able to communicate with others, repeat motions, and assess the accuracy of work. Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and night hours (emergencies). Must be able to lift and place objects up to 25 lbs. License/Equipment

Must have reliable transportation due to the emergency on-call requirement. Salary Range: $62,000 per year to $65,000 per year. At Asset Living, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package, which includes benefits, 401K with employer matching, and commission and performance bonuses.
