The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. As a Community Manager, you will manage all phases of the operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Personnel Management: Regular/daily onsite attendance is required, use consistent techniques & company directives to screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff. Financial Management: Achieve the highest possible net operating income through the implementation of effective cost control and revenue & leasing improvement. Strategic Leasing Management: Develop yearly marketing plan and utilize marketing strategies & systems, ensure staff leasing techniques are effective in obtaining closure. Administrative & Maintenance Management: Ensure all administrative & leasing reporting is accurate, complete, and submitted on a timely basis, will head emergency team for the property. Education/experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry. Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred. Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. License/equipment
Must have reliable transportation due to the emergency on-call requirement. At Asset Living, a variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: skill set, background and training, certifications, etc. The offer we extend is dependent on the facts associated with each specific individual’s relevant experience for the role. Our employment offer is accompanied by additional compensation associated with our comprehensive total rewards package, which includes benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance), 401K with employer matching, and commission and performance bonuses, when applicable. Salary Range : $68,640 per year to $74,880 per year
