Overview

SandyPines is seeking a dynamic and talented Director of Residential Services. SandyPines Residential Treatment Center is a 149-bed residential psychiatric facility serving children and adolescents ages 5 to 17. The facility is located in sub-tropical South Florida, near Jonathan Dickinson State Park. It is at the county line of Palm Beach and Martin Counties and near the Atlantic Ocean. Responsibilities

Provide 24-hour leadership of the therapeutic milieu for all units. Direct supervision and oversight of Residential Managers (House Supervisors, Unit Coordinators), Milieu Manager, and Staffing Coordinator. Collaborate with the CEO, COO, DON, and Nurse Managers to fulfill the organization’s mission. Lead in providing residents with a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment through strong leadership and management. Measure and report program outcomes and develop and maintain program policies and procedures. Qualifications

Education/Training: Master’s Level Degree required (Master's of Social Work or other clinical Master’s degree equivalent). Current Florida Licensed Clinician (LCSW) or (LMHC) required. 3-5 years hospital experience. Knowledge and Skills: Detail oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills. Excellent customer service and organizational skills. Highly effective listening skills. Physical Requirements: Continuous verbal and written communication; ability to hear ordinary conversation. Occasional exposure to high-pitched or low-pitched sounds. Continuous grasping and fine manipulation with both hands. EEO Statement
