Lead and direct a high‑performing engineering team with clear vision and structure

Build team capability through hiring, coaching, and career development
What is Required (Qualifications)
6+ years of engineering leadership experience, leading high‑performing teams
8+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience
4+ years of experience working with Ruby/Hanami (or other Ruby‑based frameworks)
3+ years of infrastructure experience (Heroku and/or AWS)
Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
AWS knowledge and/or experience
SaaS scaling experience
Exposure to property tech, B2B SaaS, or PMS
Prior technical leadership in scaling a SaaS platform from startup to growth stage
