Technology Consulting - Managed Services - Digital Engineering Operations Services - Senior Manager at EY. Lead the delivery, transformation, and optimization of digital engineering services across client engagements. You will be responsible for managing service delivery, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with EY’s quality standards and client expectations. Location

Anywhere in Country Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of digital engineering operations services across multiple client engagements. Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and service quality. Drive operational excellence through automation, DevOps practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering services with business goals. Oversee service level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and governance frameworks. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Support business development efforts including proposals, presentations, and client workshops. Ensure compliance with EY’s risk management and security standards. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 15+ years of experience in digital engineering, IT operations, or managed services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures. Experience with engineering platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Jenkins, and Kubernetes. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or DevOps certifications are a plus. What We Offer

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranges: $151,500 to $346,000 generally; NYC Metro/Washington State/California ranges: $181,800 to $393,200. Salary determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Total Rewards include medical and dental, pension and 401(k), and paid time off. Hybrid work model with expectation to work in person 40-60% of the time on engagements.
