Build the strategy: Design and execute a forward-looking talent strategy that aligns with business goals. Define what great looks like, from workforce planning to employer branding. Recruit top talent: Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-impact roles. Source, interview, and close candidates who raise the bar. Scale the function: Hire, coach, and inspire a scrappy, ambitious recruiting team focused on excellence. Elevate the experience: Deliver a candidate journey that is seamless, values-driven, and leaves applicants excited to work here. Partner with leaders: Advise hiring managers and executives on hiring strategies balancing speed and quality. Bring data to life: Establish recruiting metrics, report progress, and continuously refine processes for efficiency and impact. Grow our brand: Promote Coast as an employer of choice through social media, events, and industry partnerships. Own the tools: Manage ATS and recruiting tech stack to keep processes smooth and data-driven. What you’ll bring

7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 4+ years leading in fast-growth startups Proven track record building and scaling a recruiting function from scratch Deep recruiting experience across technical and non-technical roles Strong analytical instincts with ability to use metrics to improve results Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with influence at all levels Passion for building diverse, high-performing teams that drive business success Compensation

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package, which includes benefits, signing bonus, and equity. Pay decisions consider scope, qualifications, experience, skillset, and internal equity. The majority of offers are expected to fall within the stated range based on these factors.
