Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience and feels part of a dynamic community. Greet clients warmly as they enter the branch, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships. Engage clients with clear, polite communication to understand and help them effectively. Anticipate their needs while checking them into the waiting queue, ensuring a smooth visit. Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM. Resolve client issues quickly and effectively, paying attention to detail and adhering to bank policies and procedures. Introduce clients to the branch team, collaborating to deliver seamless service and assist with any specialized financial needs. Simplify clients’ banking experience by sharing self-service options, allowing access to accounts anytime, day or night. Support all aspects of branch operations with the Branch Manager, maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure the branch operates smoothly and securely. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized to juggle multiple tasks. Leadership skills and operational proficiency, ensuring transaction accuracy and thriving in a collaborative environment. Ability to educate the branch team and partners and keep them informed. Ability to build meaningful client connections, educate them, and refer them to our team of experts when needed. 1+ year of retail banking experience. High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent. Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience. College degree or military equivalent. Training and Travel Requirement

Successfully complete the Branch Operations Lead Training Program before placement as a Branch Operations Lead. Ability to travel as required for in-person training and meetings. About Us
