Join to apply for the Chief Marketing Officer role at DaBella. DaBella is looking for a proactive, growth-minded Chief Marketing Officer who can help take the organization to the next level. The CMO will lead the marketing initiatives, reinvent the company experience, and assist in the evolution to an ecommerce sales model. This essential member of the C-Suite will oversee the entire marketing engine — including contact centers, lead generation strategy, and digital marketing channels — while driving brand visibility and customer engagement in the exterior remodeling space. Responsibilities

Design and manage multi-channel lead generation strategies, including outbound marketing, digital campaigns, partnerships and events Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives demand and aligns with overall business objectives, ensuring scalability in a high-growth environment Drive awareness, preference, and demand for DaBella home improvement services through traditional (analog) and emerging channels for homeowner engagement Leverage market intelligence (market conditions, industry trends and audience profiles) to increase program effectiveness Oversee paid media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies to maximize visibility and engagement Coordinate cross-departmental messaging with company leadership to promote internal and external awareness and understanding of DaBella Build, lead and develop a high-performing, collaborative, multi-disciplinary team Prioritize and manage marketing budgets Develop cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective lead generation Manage and develop external agency partnerships and vendor relationships Qualifications

In-depth experience managing a contact center required 10+ years of marketing experience – CMO experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field required Experience in consumer experience-driven marketing and maintaining and enhancing brand positioning through marketing communications Experience leading data-driven marketing programs, preferably with demonstrated ability in marketing automation and contextual marketing Proven ability to protect and enhance brand reputation Experience building, executing, and measuring data-driven marketing programs across online and traditional channels Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-disciplined Ability to perform well under pressure and provide reliable and clear communications to other executives and staff Experience with data mining and analysis tools, including measuring return in an omnichannel environment Benefits
