AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business-minded, and visionary Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven individuals interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members. You’ll sell property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships along with other products to a well-defined and loyal client base.

Onboarding and Support

Solid foundation: The EA model serves AAA members with careful candidate selection, interview processes, and agency location placement

Step-by-step onboarding: Detailed deployment plan ensuring compliance with AAA protocols and standards

Education: Mix of in-person and virtual training covering core business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems

Growth resources: Access to licensed staff, financial management tools, business planning resources, and a network of seasoned EAs and experts

Agency Owner Responsibilities

Own and grow a multi-line insurance agency serving new and prospective AAA members

Sell property & casualty, life, and AAA memberships, along with other products

Agency Owner Requirements

Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licensing (preferred, not required); if not licensed, you must be willing to obtain them at candidate’s expense

Complete the Business Plan and cash flow analysis (AAA provides guidance)

Training: 4-week 100% virtual live instructor class

AAA-branded office space approved by AAA

Minimum of 75K investable capital (proof of funds, seasoned for 60 days)

Background check including criminal history and credit/financial check

Products include

AAA Memberships: auto, bicycle, RV, motorcycle; access to roadside assistance and savings across dining, shopping, hotels, travel, and auto care

Property & casualty insurance: Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, and Commercial Lines; access to brokered products from multiple carriers (state varies)

Life Insurance: Term, Universal Life, Whole Life, and Annuities
