2026 - Food Service Director - ROCKSTAR for SUMMER 2026 (Seasonal Relocation Job is not Local) at Wolfoods, Inc. Wolfoods operates summer camp kitchens across the country from May to September. This is a non-local, on-site, seasonal leadership role for a hands-on, high-demand food service operation. Responsibilities

Perform all duties toward delivering excellent guest service in an efficient manner. Develop effective staff schedules based on business levels and budget guidelines. Schedule and coordinate all side work for personnel. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Dining Hall per sanitation standards. Maintain appearance and uniform standards; supervise on the floor during meal periods. Collaborate with the chef on duty to maintain high standards of food presentation and sanitation. Train and develop all FOH dining personnel; provide ongoing feedback on standards and performance. Communicate daily with Head Chef and Camp Directors regarding dining hall operations; interact with diners for feedback. Ensure dining hall readiness 15 minutes prior to service; implement a daily checklist system. Follow Wolfoods initiatives for environmental practices to minimize waste and energy use. Be knowledgeable of all menus and specifications; maintain dining hall standards and safety practices. Manage all aspects of food service operation to deliver high diner satisfaction, ensure camp standards, control budget, and train staff on service standards. Serve as primary liaison between the camp and kitchen; attend meetings and events, manage payroll, handle special requests, and address leadership concerns. Demonstrate initiative, leadership, self-reliance, and sound judgment in daily operations. Lead in planning, scheduling, directing, and training; cross-utilize staff as needed; plan and forecast production needs and inventory. Ensure kitchen and equipment meet health standards; enforce safety regulations; lead in emergency and event-specific food preparation. Oversee front-of-house supervision when necessary and maintain strong client relations. Qualifications & Experience

4+ years of commercial kitchen experience in a lead role. Minimum three professional references required with application submission. Proficient in relevant skills for the role; quality-driven and self-motivated. High level computer literacy; able to lead a team and take direction. ServSafe Manager Certification required; ServSafe Allergens Certification required before camp start (Company Sponsored). Ability to work 6 days per week, approximately 70 hours; on-site rural living required (shared living spaces possible). Ability to stand for long periods; lift/carry up to 50 pounds; bend, stretch, and reach for extended periods. Strong communication with various stakeholders; professional interaction with campers, staff, and parents. Understanding of food safety as it relates to special diets and allergy accommodations. Institutional and batch cooking experience is highly desired. Ideal Candidates Are
