2026 - Food Service Director - ROCKSTAR for SUMMER 2026 (Seasonal Relocation Job is not Local) at Wolfoods, Inc. This is a seasonal relocation role; lead staff live on-site at the camp location for the term of the employment agreement and receive room, board, and travel expense assistance. Responsibilities

Perform all duties toward the goal of providing excellent guest service in an efficient manner Develop effective staff schedules based on business level and budgetary guidelines Coordinate all side work for personnel; maintain dining hall cleanliness and organization Ensure appearance and uniform standards; maintain a strong presence on the dining floor during meal periods Work with the chef on duty to uphold high standards of food presentation and sanitation Train and develop all FOH dining personnel; provide ongoing feedback on standards and performance Communicate daily with Head Chef and Camp Directors on all aspects of dining hall operation Engage with diners for feedback and ensure timely service Open dining hall 15 minutes prior to service and implement daily checklists Follow Wolfoods environmental initiatives to minimize waste and energy use Maintain knowledge of all menus and specifications; ensure production timing, quantity, and quality meet standards Manage service and culinary needs across the camp; coordinate with subordinates, co-workers, and supervisors Act as primary liaison between camp and kitchen; attend relevant meetings and events; manage payroll and special requests Demonstrate initiative, leadership, and judgment; provide on-site supervision as needed Lead in planning, scheduling, directing, and training; cross-utilization of staff and production planning Maintain inventory control, place accurate orders, and monitor health department sanitation standards Interact professionally with campers, staff, parents; handle inquiries and concerns Fulfill duties related to front-of-house supervision when necessary Qualifications & Experience

4+ years of commercial kitchen experience in a lead role Minimum three professional references required with application submission Proficient in relevant skills; quality-driven with self-motivation High level computer literacy; able to lead a team and take direction Must live on-site in a rural setting; shared living spaces may be required Ability to stand for long periods; lift and carry up to 50 pounds ServSafe Manager Certified; ServSafe Allergens Certification required before camp start (company sponsored) Ability to work under pressure in variable temperatures; experience with scratch cooking and batch cooking Institutional and high-volume kitchen experience; strongly desired Ideal Candidates
