$95,000 - $105,000 + Bonus Join this leading local restaurant group, as a Chef de Cuisine for a full-service, plant-based restaurant in Palo Alto. COMPANY: Locally based, highly respected, with some of the most successful restaurants in San Francisco 20-30 locations in the Bay Area and growing BENEFITS & FEATURES: Excellent career growth opportunity Bonus Medical, Dental, Vision insurance paid 100% for employee 401K YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY: The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for running all the operations of the kitchen. Primary duties and responsibilities include: Hire, train, coach, develop and motivate staff Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and food quality Recipe development, costing and record-keeping BACKGROUND PROFILE
: 2 + years as a Chef De Cuisine/Executive Chef for a high-volume ($4M+), upscale, full-service restaurant Passion, training, and experience in plant-based cuisine helpful, but not required Genuine enjoyment of working with people Passionate, energetic, and detail oriented Must have open availability to work Local candidates preferred but will consider relo candidates as well EOE – EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Seniority level
