Hybrid 1 - 4 days in office

per week as needed. Working hours:

8-5 Monday through Friday , with arrangements subject to change. The position supports the Behavioral Health Administrative Services Organization (BHASO) intermediary system by monitoring compliance with policies and procedures, ensuring adequate service provision, programmatic monitoring, and fiscal and contractual compliance, while completing responsibilities related to closing out the FY 25 ASO contract. Responsibilities

Monitor delivery of services and supports purchased for Coloradans and provide technical assistance to BHASOs, providers, and stakeholders. Familiar with BHASO governance, network contracts, and related sections of the Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) Divisions to support the BHASO regional contracts. Support BHASO governance program by applying policies and procedures to monitor activities and outcomes per contract terms. Provide technical assistance and training to BHASO and BHA staff on policy application and compliance requirements. Evaluate BHASO contract deliverables (e.g., Network Adequacy Report) against established rubrics. Maintain the yearly BHASO Contract Reference Spreadsheet and ensure link integrity and current information in collaboration with program managers, fiscal staff, accounting, and legislative teams. Track and follow up on deliverables and monitoring activities across programs embedded in the BHASO contract to ensure alignment with legislation and funding requirements. Review financial reporting and invoices for accuracy, reasonableness, and allocability; assist with budget modifications and coordination with fiscal/contracting teams. Support the Network Administrator and BHASO Administrative Manager in maintaining deliverables trackers and completing assigned work. Prepare agendas for monitoring meetings and develop slide decks for internal and external presentations; collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to obtain data for reports. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Six (6) years of relevant experience in contract management/compliance, program management/administration (behavioral health/healthcare), financial monitoring/auditing, business operations/analysis, or public administration/policy (health services). OR Education and Experience: A combination of related education and/or relevant experience equal to six (6) years. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in contract monitoring, compliance, and financial oversight; ability to analyze complex financial documents; strong project/program management skills; experience providing technical assistance and training on contract terms; excellent communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders; familiarity with behavioral health services and state governmental structures. Conditions of Employment

Hybrid position with requirement to maintain a home office; occasional in-office work may be required. Standard background checks (name check, TRAILS, CMS, JBITS).
