Senior Accountant

We’re a luxury hospitality group (fine dining restaurants, premium cigar retail & lounges, and real estate) growing in Miami, and we’re building a strong Accounting & Finance team. We’re currently hiring across several levels: Junior Accountant, Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, and a leadership role in finance. Junior Accountant : Record daily transactions, reconcile accounts, and support month-end close. 1-2 years’ experience, Excel & QuickBooks required. Staff Accountant : Manage AP/AR, prepare financial statements, handle tax compliance, and support cost control across restaurants and cigar retail. 3-5 years’ experience, GAAP knowledge required. Senior Accountant : Lead month/year-end close, consolidate multi-entity financials, forecast cash flow, and mentor junior staff. 5-8 years’ experience, CPA preferred. Leadership Role in Finance : Oversee accounting operations, budgets, reporting, and forecasting across all business units. 8-12+ years’ experience, CPA/CMA preferred. Location: Miami, FL.
