Oversee and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring precision and adherence to GAAP and internal policies. Contribute to the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP. Conduct account reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Facilitate month-end and year-end closing activities by compiling required schedules and documentation. Analyze financial data to detect trends, variances, and opportunities for operational improvement. Support audit processes by furnishing accurate documentation and clear explanations to internal and external auditors. Uphold compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Assist in tax preparation by collecting relevant documentation and coordinating with external tax advisors. Enhance accounting systems and workflows to improve accuracy and operational efficiency. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to streamline financial processes. Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental goals. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline. CPA or CMA certification preferred, but not mandatory. 2–5 years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally within corporate or public accounting settings. Solid understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles. Proficiency in accounting platforms (e.g., Global Shop, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting. Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management capabilities. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with financial reporting tools and ERP systems.
