Job Summary
The COB Office of Graduate Enrollment and Recruitment is currently seeking a Student Recruitment Program Associate to join their team of professionals. The duties include: Provides administrative support to COB Chapman Graduate School Provides direct support to front office operations, including inbound and outbound call-based strategies for leads Provide excellent customer service to all guests, prospects and leads via various communications channels, including in-person, phone, email Become an expert in graduate program offerings & admissions/enrollment process Proactively assists leads/prospective calls by providing information on program offerings and answering questions appropriately Initially qualify leads based on academic credentials, professional background and subject area of interest Utilize a collaborative and proactive approach connecting leads with recruiters Utilize various software programs, including MS Office and CRM System and assist with data entry and clerical tasks, as needed Support graduate school functions, accordingly Delivers excellent and timely customer service to constituents and support units via all mediums, Phone, Zoom, Emails and other electronic means Assists with conducting Program Presentation either in person or virtually Provides support in multi-faceted activities associated with Admissions, Orientations, Financial Aid, and Graduation

Who May Apply
Students enrolled at FIU, who have been awarded Federal Work Study (FWS) as part of their Financial Aid Award package. Student must be enrolled with a minimum of six (6) credit hours in a course of study leading to a degree or a Financial Aid eligible certificate, during Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. Upon credits decreasing, award being canceled, or graduating, FWS employment must end.
