Responsibilities

Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives aimed at performance improvement and customer satisfaction

Assist in business case development and assess opportunities, risks, and return on investment

Organize work teams, drive consensus, and ensure policy/process integrity for project completion

Perform detailed analysis of data and workflows to identify potential solutions for initiatives

Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure awareness and support for process improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required

5+ years of healthcare, insurance, or related experience required

Demonstrated experience and skill in training, presenting, and facilitating required

Knowledge and experience leveraging IT solutions

Ability to comply with all policies and standards

Preferred Qualifications

Master\'s Degree in a related field preferred

Experience in project management and process mapping

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data

Proven track record in driving cross-functional initiatives

Excellent communication and consensus-building skills
