SupplyOne is seeking a strategic and high-impact
Vice President of Sales – West Coast
to lead and scale sales operations across the Western U.S. Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales, this role is responsible for driving profitable growth through corrugated packaging, program selling, and project-based initiatives. The VP will collaborate with regional leaders and develop a high-performance sales team that leverages SupplyOne’s integrated platform to capture market share and build long-lasting customer partnerships. This is a field-based leadership role with approximately 75% travel, requiring a hands-on approach to customer and team engagement. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Execution : Partner with the SVP of Sales and Region President to craft and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and regional opportunities. Drive implementation of national initiatives and tailor region-specific sales plans to achieve revenue and GP growth. Analyze market trends and adjust go-to-market approach as needed to stay competitive. Hire, onboard, and develop top-tier sales professionals with a focus on performance, accountability, and results. Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and joint field visits to reinforce selling best practices. Ensure every rep has a strong sales pipeline that aligns with program selling and product mix objectives. Revenue & Performance Management
Own and achieve sales and gross profit targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Use pricing and margin tools (e.g., product cost, GP$/UOM) to make smart, profitable sales decisions. Track team performance and ensure execution of sales strategy across accounts and product lines. Build deep relationships with major customers and key accounts across the region. Promote and differentiate SupplyOne’s unique combination of manufacturing, distribution, and services. Facilitate supplier collaboration and drive joint sales efforts through training and co-selling. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with finance to manage credit risk and support healthy customer relationships. Ensure optimal product mix and inventory levels by staying informed on customer needs and market shifts. Support team development with ongoing product and market training. Key Qualifications
Extensive B2B sales leadership experience in the packaging industry, ideally with expertise in corrugated and distribution models. Proven success leading field-based sales teams to drive double-digit growth and margin expansion. Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven, strategic approach to selling. Energetic leader with excellent communication, coaching, and team-building skills. Willingness to travel approximately 75%, primarily via plane, across the Western U.S. Aligned with a customer-first, growth-oriented company culture. About SupplyOne

The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors such as work location, job-related skills, qualifications, experience, responsibilities, and relevant education and training.
