Responsibilities What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Design, develop, and optimize sales compensation plans across all sales roles and segments
Administer compensation payouts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments
Conduct regular compensation plan performance analysis and recommend optimization strategies
Monitor and track financial offers extended in the sales process against approved budgets
Serve as primary liaison with Finance for all sales compensation and prospect offer matters
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in sales support, operations, compensation, offer management, or revenue operations
Strong background in customer deal strategy and deal economics management
Proven track record in high-growth B2B environments
Experience designing and administering sales compensation plans
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
Experience with enterprise B2B pricing models and complex deal structures
Background in consulting or experience at high-growth technology companies
