Position Summary
This Program Manager role is designed to lead large-scale, complex initiatives within Walmart’s Seller Fulfilled Services (SFS) post-purchase experience. It emphasizes data-driven decision-making, strong knowledge of e-commerce shipping and fulfillment platforms, and a customer-first approach to building scalable, delightful post-purchase solutions. Key Responsibilities Program & Stakeholder Management : Coordinate with senior executives, product, engineering, and strategy teams. Manage ambiguity by aligning on KPIs and key business outcomes. Lead cross-functional collaboration, issue resolution, and program tracking. Execution & Delivery : Oversee multiple projects simultaneously with discipline and organization. Drive root-cause analysis, milestone monitoring, and weekly performance reporting to leadership. Ensure scalability and quality at Walmart’s Fortune 1 operational scale. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement : Measure program success through KPIs, ROI analysis, customer feedback, and cross-functional reviews. Identify gaps, propose solutions, and recommend process improvements. People Leadership : Hire, mentor, and develop associates. Create a culture of belonging, accountability, and recognition.
